how i translate
01 unpack the tech
I don't wait for someone to hand me a manual. I partner directly with SMEs to audit business/technical specifications, listening for the underlying logic of how the system actually behaves - not just collecting facts to regurgitate.
02 mind the gap
Before anything is built, I confirm training is actually the right fix - not every performance gap is a knowledge gap. Then, I pinpoint exactly where the audience gets stuck and what that gap requires.
03 anchor in theory
Every decision is grounded in established theory - from cognitive load theory for the amount of material, scaffolding for sequencing, and andragogy for how adult learners engage with new systems. Every design choice is intentional and defensible.
04 cut the jargon
The focus is translation - replace the technical terms with plain language while not sacrificing accuracy, since this is where non-technical peers can get lost in the learning process. Then, run the material past someone in the actual target audience to further reveal what's working and what isn't.
05 prove it
To see if the training actually worked, learning plans include completion rates, assessment scores, defect/incident counts before and after, or increase in productivity. It's critical to provide impactful, measurable outcomes - not just a deliverable.

qTest Manager - Test Loading and Test Management (TLTM) Training Artifacts
These artifacts were designed to teach users how to prepare Excel test script templates, map fields, import scripts into qTest Manager, manage test versions, and transport cases within the project. This demonstrates my hands-on experience in translating complex system architectures and automated testing processes into high-impact, accessible learning programs utilized to successfully onboard around 150 technical and non-technical users onto the automated testing platform.

This multi-session facilitator playbook and live system demonstration sript maps the end-to-end testing lifecycle across qTest's core modules - connecting Test Plans, Requirements, Test Designs, Test Executions, and Defects. The development of this training standardized technical QA training delivery across the enterprise and optimized daily workflows by trainings users on key operational best practices which have been utilized by over 200 cross-functional users across the 2 year length of the S/4HANA Migration Project.
Creating the PCR in qTest User Guide
A granular Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guiding users through the Change Control Board (CCB) process, enforcing naming conventions, script approvals, version-tracking, and production presentation workflows. This guide standardized critial Production Change Request (PCR) auditing and serves as the foundational blueprint that successfully replaced the decomissioned legacy SAP Solution Management (SolMan) system department wide.
